Laura is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a background in psychology, who focuses on helping patients cultivate a safe and nourishing relationship with food. She believes health is so much more than what we eat, and she has a special focus at the intersection of nutrition and mental health. Laura has won numerous awards for her holistic approach to care, including Dietitian of the Year at New York Presbyterian Hospital. 

Laura has specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as expertise in intuitive eating, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Her approach to nutrition therapy is inclusive and accepting of all body shapes and sizes.
